To work through your pain you can start to learn about you. What helps you to process the emotional distress that causes you so much grief. Some days you need to feel the pain to get to know you. No one can help you with the pain, only you and your inner self.
Some days are tougher then others. Some days the pain in your heart, stomach and mind hurts too much to bear.
On those days embrace yourself hour by hour, minute by minute. Those minutes help you to learn to love yourself.
I became inspired to write this because my wonderful sister is losing a wonderful friend to cancer. I dedicate this to Karen
